  • NYSERDA CCA Toolkit

    The PSC Order enabling CCA directed NYSERDA to develop templates for the documents that municipalities are forming a CCA are required to submit to the PSC. The templates created by NYSERDA are “evolving” records and will be updated over time, including a Template Implementation Plan and a Template Opt-Out Letter, among other resources.

  • New York’s first CCA—Westchester Power

    Westchester Power, the first CCA in New York originally established as a PSC-approved pilot, procures power on behalf of 110,000 residents in 20 Westchester County municipalities, offering both “brown” and “green” (100% renewable) options. The Sustainable Westchester website has a comprehensive archive of documents related to the formation of this CCA program, including the RFI and RFP for supply contracts.
